Obama Announcement On US Troop Withdrawal

US President Barack Obama is expected to announce that as many as 10,000 troops will be withdrawn from Afghanistan by the end of the year. Mr Obama will address the nation at prime-time with reports suggesting he will order 5,000 troops.
