Tokyo, Sydney stocks fall on Moody’s U.S. warning

Japanese and Australian stocks weakened Thursday as Moody’s Investors Service’s review of U.S. credit ratings for a possible downgrade prompted caution, pressuring financial stocks and some exporters.
