Tony Hayward fund Vallares lobs $12bn bid for Bashneft, Russneft

Mr Hayward, who is still a director of BP’s troubled Russian joint venture TNK-BP, is looking at around six potential targets for Vallares, the listed cash shell that he co-founded with the financier Nat Rothschild.
